Comtanix is a fast-growing BPO (NOT a call center) situated in Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Based on our past success and continuous growth in business, Comtanix is looking to further expand its operations. Currently we are looking for Vendor Manager to fulfill the following functions:

- Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors within our systems
- Manage and build relationships with vendors to ensure drop shipments are being processed timely and accurately.
- Review reports to evaluate vendor performance and address areas of improvement.
- Investigate vendor concerns and provide strategic solutions.
- Communicate issues and propose solutions to improve processes, vendor relationships and level of service provided to our customers.
- Propose additional reporting needs to enhance vendor performance awareness.
- Keep record of new products launches, trends and market costs and pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that policies & pricing data is received in a timely manner.
- Participate in the resolution of all pricing related issues & events.
- Participate in corporate-wide initiatives involving pricing functions, philosophies, or processes.
- Make outbound phone calls and schedule meetings with vendors on regular basis.
- Always represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong in critical thinking and problem solving, able to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities.
