Travel / Air Ticketing Agent

Sabre Expert atleast 3 years experience. We are looking for a detailed oriented person with good English reading & writing skills

• He/She will be responsible for Air ticket booking (Domestic and International).
• He/She must have prior knowledge of GDS Ticketing systems and software.
• Knowledge of computer, MS Office, Online Booking Websites.
• Prior Knowledge of Hotel Bookings Software
• Assisting and advising customers with their Air Ticketing who may be choosing from a variety of Airlines.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• To maintain a good relationship with Airlines and our vendors in order to smoothly run the Air Ticketing Operations.
• To develop successfully plan and execute the group ticketing services, dedicated for our Umrah pilgrimage operation
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
