What you will do
As a Travel Agent, you will be part of the reservation team. You’ll be based in Pakistan and your primary responsibility will be processing online bookings, send quotation to holiday packages inquiries and do followups.
We only hire people in Bahria town and nearby.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls.
- Good typing speed i.e 30 to 40 words per minute.
- Professional Behavior.
- Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
- Dealing with email bookings and inquires.
- Deal with different levels of people.
- Ability to plan ahead and work under pressure.
