Team Lead Call Center

We are hiring people for “Team Lead” posts vacant

• Must have experience on final expense campaign
• Have impeccable communication skills.
• Must not be enrolled in any educational program or involved at any full/part-time job.
• Have good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work in Night shifts.
• Must be fluent in English with native American accent
• Managing the workflow of the call center doing QC of the calls made by agents, if needed
• Have a skill to lead a team just like a good team leader / have leadership skills
• Have ability to take interviews for short listing agents.
• its a full time permanent job.
