We are looking to hire a Supervisor Operations who will be a key member of our Prima team. This role will join our Rawalpindi office.

What You’ll Do

  • Make sure 247 operations of branch office are running smoothly
  • Be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the overall quality of operations including but not limited to: the supervision, motivation, and development of technical associates
  • Identify and address performance concerns
  • Recognize and communicate trends and departmental needs to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor trends and performance changes in current or potential clients
  • Review and perform Quality Assurance Audits
  • Supervises daily workflow and staffing levels, will escalate as needed
  • Participate in goal setting, incentive programs and reporting
  • Collaborate with IT/development on product development
  • Builds strong partnerships with teams both internally and externally
  • Identify and develop team members for succession planning with management
  • Ensure that employee training is effectively conducted for all positions throughout assigned area of responsibility
  • Work as product subject matter experts with business initiatives to improve overall operations
  • Manage projects as required
  • Working knowledge of US Healthcare products and services, ability to identify and resolve highly complex technical issues
  • General understanding of capacity planning

What Experiences You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in establishing business relationships/partnerships required
  • Minimum 5 year lead or similar supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Data Analytics, Accounting, Digital Marketing, Software Dev, 247 IT Support, RCM, Front Desk Management on large scale, Patient Support Center
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments and has a passion for building relationships with education professionals with high expectations
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
  • Customer service mindset
