The role involves managing Topline Marketing’s own social media content and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube while providing social media marketing consultancy and outreach to its partners and clients.
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Responsibilities of this role are to manage Social Media marketing strategy, content, platforms and operations with the aim to maximize user interest, engagement and satisfaction.
- Tasks involve planning, implementing and reviewing monthly Social Media Marketing strategy, content and campaigns (including preparation of social media campaigns budgets) while ensuring smooth operations of the social media platforms and constant user engagement.
- Responsible to update and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube platforms of both projects including their posting and engagement.
- Responsible to research social media trends, create social media content while managing a content calendar and coordinating with the content writer, graphics designer and video designing team leads to increase social media engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative and design department staff to develop social media marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for creating, running and analyzing Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & and YouTube regularly.
- Responsible to manage the entire video series content with video team to posting them on social media platforms.
- Responsible to provide weekly, monthly & quarterly social media reports analyzing key metrics (reach, engagement, video views etc.) of each platform against each project.
- Responsible to ensure that the work plans and processes of both social media projects run efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the company’s digital advertising efforts with targeted lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Responsible to answer each query asked by clients on all social platform either it’s in the form of direct message or as comment, tags etc. within 5 minutes of receipt.
- Responsible to collect all queries of clients from social media platform, prepare sheet of queries and send it to sales department within 1 hour of receipt.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible to perform conventional marketing activities besides digital marketing by preparing marketing plans, forecasting and executing plan on board/ off board.
