• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer; configuring core ServiceNow modules in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Portal, Performance Analytics, and APIs
  • Experience in ServiceNow Orlando version or later
  • Ability to work effectively with on-shore/off-shore team environment
  • Exceptional JavaScript skills
  • Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding and experience with agile software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in web technologies like CSS/HTML, REST, AJAX, XML

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and service delivery, including:
  • Application UI Configuration and Customizations
  • Workflow Configuration and Customizations using Flow Designer
  • Systems integrations and process automation
  • Reporting and performance analytics
  • Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow tool across production and non-production environments
  • Lead technical analysis of additional module implementations within ServiceNow, including requirements gathering, process modeling and gap analysis and mitigation.
  • Troubleshooting incidents, fulfilling support requests, and ensuring the overall health of ServiceNow platform
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Application and module development in the areas of IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Operations Management
  • Participate in daily standups for agile development
  • Adhering to development and testing best practices
  • Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
  • Business Analysis, Sprint Planning, User Story Definition
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
  • Provide value-based assessments and facilitate requirement workshops to help the stakeholders maximize business results from ServiceNow software
  • Articulate ServiceNow capabilities, operations, and process information to all levels of management effectively
  • Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of project delivery team
  • Work collaboratively with both Technical and Non-technical Customers
