- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer; configuring core ServiceNow modules in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Portal, Performance Analytics, and APIs
- Experience in ServiceNow Orlando version or later
- Ability to work effectively with on-shore/off-shore team environment
- Exceptional JavaScript skills
- Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding and experience with agile software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in web technologies like CSS/HTML, REST, AJAX, XML

Responsibilities
- Involvement in all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and service delivery, including:
- Application UI Configuration and Customizations
- Workflow Configuration and Customizations using Flow Designer
- Systems integrations and process automation
- Reporting and performance analytics
- Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow tool across production and non-production environments
- Lead technical analysis of additional module implementations within ServiceNow, including requirements gathering, process modeling and gap analysis and mitigation.
- Troubleshooting incidents, fulfilling support requests, and ensuring the overall health of ServiceNow platform
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation.
- Application and module development in the areas of IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Operations Management
- Participate in daily standups for agile development
- Adhering to development and testing best practices
- Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
- Business Analysis, Sprint Planning, User Story Definition
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
- Provide value-based assessments and facilitate requirement workshops to help the stakeholders maximize business results from ServiceNow software
- Articulate ServiceNow capabilities, operations, and process information to all levels of management effectively
- Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
- Work collaboratively as a key member of project delivery team
