Senior Team Lead SQA

Your job description will be:

• To review client requirement and provide feedback
• To be responsible for creating test plans and strategy
• To review and re-evaluate the test strategy, to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
• To oversee testing of software features
•  To oversee quality review of various applications
•  To oversee projects, to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects
• To oversee implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests
•  To assist in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testin
• To oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentatio
• To provide suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
• To lead/mentor Test Engineers and share knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positio
• To assist in coaching junior staff, by helping them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings and set goals, provides feedback on testing-related tasks, delegates and assigns testing responsibilities
• To assist management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization
•  To assist in recruiting new staff, conducting interviews and evaluate potential candidates
• Any other task assigned by Manager QA / Department Manager
