We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant with at least 2 years of accounting experience in the medical industry to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to assist in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts for medical-related transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for medical-related transactions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in the medical industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the medical industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices for the medical industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software
