Responsibilities
- Briefing to Clients and Answer Queries on Calls or Whatsapp
- Meeting with clients and briefing them on Real Estate Projects.
- Handle sales through calling and leads.
- Handling walk-in clients and arrange visits with prospective clients
- Clients counseling and clarify information and convince clients.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Reporting to the Management with time.
Requirements
- Fresher or Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
