As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue for a real estate marketing company. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to identify and target new clients, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and target potential clients through various methods, including networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events
- Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients
- Monitor and report on the performance of new business opportunities
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuously develop new sales techniques to increase revenue and improve the sales process
