The candidates for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a consultative approach to sell. The selected candidate will use his/her expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Provide reports and establish long term relationships with customers
- Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the region
- Responsible for paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, and closing deals
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Further, he (or she) will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship management with clients at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Min. Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
- 1-5 years extensive sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of marketing systems
- Demonstrable track record of proven sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
