The candidates for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a consultative approach to sell. The selected candidate will use his/her expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Provide reports and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the region
  • Responsible for paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, and closing deals
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Further, he (or she) will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship management with clients at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min. Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field
  • 1-5 years extensive sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of marketing systems
  • Demonstrable track record of proven sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
