- During the internship period, the Intern shall have the responsibility of performing the following duties:
- Performing day to day real estate job as directed by the senior management.
- Initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects on a proactive basis.
- Coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts to close new business deals. Contact potential clients to find potential business transactions;
- Discover and explores prospects through active social media and digital marketing.
