The Sales Agent for High-rise Project is responsible for generating sales and revenue for a new high-rise development project. This individual will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential buyers, providing information and tours of the project, negotiating offers and closing deals. The Sales Agent will work closely with the sales team and project management to ensure that all sales goals are met and that all customer inquiries and needs are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to target potential buyers and generate leads for the high-rise project
  • Attend industry events and networking events to promote the project and generate interest
  • Provide information and tours of the project to potential buyers, including floor plans, finishes, and amenities
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with buyers, ensuring all necessary documents and contracts are properly completed
  • Collaborate with the sales team and project management to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Track and report on sales activity and progress to management
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the real estate industry


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking software
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus
