- Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Expertise in MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat & Auto CAD are must
- Good attention to detail with a genuine interest in bespoke design and interiors
- Strong organization skills and commitment to achieving deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and work through issues as they arise is must
- Ability to work efficiently on own initiative, prioritizing as necessary
- Self-motivated with very good IT literacy
- Good communication skills with suppliers, clients, and office team
- Pricing potential works to meet and fulfill the clients’/designers’ requirements and to produce estimates from drawings and specification of works
- Ensure estimates are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Collating information from material suppliers to prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with our suppliers and clients
- Reviewing drawings received to ensure design expectations and technical details align
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the tender process
- Revisit and requote for projects were requested
- Support value engineering exercises where required
- To participate in project reviews when required
- Weekly meetings with Studio team to discuss inquires and workload
- Occasionally attend client pre-construction meetings face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams, providing a confident level of technical support
