Job Requirements:

  • Payroll Processing Experience a plus
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English
  • Computer savvy
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skill
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Customer service experience will be preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Will process our clients’ payroll on a daily basis, resolves client payroll issues and concerns, and establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients.
  • Will answer clients’ payroll questions and issues through phone and email.
  • Incorporate Companies in the USA
  • Apply for registration numbers with different states.
  • Perform other administrative tasks for the firm
