- Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the company.
- Must have proven experience of hiring at different level.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
- Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting.
- Experience in sourcing through different channels and seek new sourcing options and develop creative ways to sourcing and hiring right candidates.
- Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
