  • Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the company.
  • Must have proven experience of hiring at different level.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
  • Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting.
  • Experience in sourcing through different channels and seek new sourcing options and develop creative ways to sourcing and hiring right candidates.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing.
