- Strong knowledge of HR-related laws, payroll processing and taxation.
- Management of employee benefits including Health & Life Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Fuel, Vehicles etc.
- Employee clearance and processing of final settlement.
- ERP/ Employee database administration.
- Maintaining employee master data.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions, job title and transfers.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, and nontaxable wages.
- Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, Social Security, EOBI, taxes and workers compensations.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
