  • Strong knowledge of HR-related laws, payroll processing and taxation.
  • Management of employee benefits including Health & Life Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Fuel, Vehicles etc.
  • Employee clearance and processing of final settlement.
  • ERP/ Employee database administration.
  • Maintaining employee master data.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions, job title and transfers.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, and nontaxable wages.
  • Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, Social Security, EOBI, taxes and workers compensations.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides payroll information and requests.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
