- Perform all recruitment and selection tasks ensuring adherence to previously established timelines, staffing plans and budgets.
- Create, arrange, and coordinate advertisements or posting of job vacancies on the website, newspapers and job portals as required.
- Receive, review, filter, and shortlist resume for vacant positions; maintain databank of candidates for future consideration.
- Design interview panels and coordinate with interviewers; schedule interviews.
- Assuring to onboard right candidates at right time considering the budgets and approvals.
- Ensure all employees undergo all required pre-employment screenings as per hospital approved HR Policy
- Generate employee codes and create personal files for every new hire; ensure employee documents and records are properly collected and maintained.
- To develop & maintain training records of the employees regarding Medical Education, Internal & External Trainings, Training Need Analysis, Training Evaluations.
- Monitor & coordinate all OJT (on-job-training) conducted from time to time by departments individually.
- Organize in-house management training events on soft skills where possible and outsource trainings which are technical in nature.
- Assuring timely verification of para medical credentials.
- Issuing experience / Confirmation / Extension letters and other employment certificates.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by HOD
