- Recruiting employees according to the position assigned and recording the recruitment registration
- Update general news in society and related to employees such as social security contribution rates
- Prepare and update to record the names of employees in the company, except salary rates.
- Collect and organize documents related to personnel work and make them ready for inspection
- As an intermediary that helps coordinate various documents between departments.
- Must can Talk, Read, Listen, Write in English clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of human resource management and other related fields.
- Experience working in HR and administrative with foreign companies
- Communication skills and logical problem-solving thinking and creative.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, ppt, Excel and other office software
Working hours : 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday
