We are looking for an HR Manager

• We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who will assist in recruiting, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
• You will be responsible for different tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition in IT
• Extensive knowledge of IT technology
• Understanding of IT technology and the ability to select the right candidates
• Experience in active sourcing and recruitment for various IT technologies
• Effective in negotiation, influencing, building trust and communication with IT talents
• Good time-management skills
• Proactivity, independence and high motivation to work

Responsibilities

• Leading an and-to-end recruitment process (searching, selection, interview, offering, onboarding processes)
• Preparing and posting job ads on various platforms and finding new channels
• Cooperation between offices in PK and PL and responding to needs
• Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
• Creating, maintaining and management a database of candidates
