- Manage and oversee the daily HR Operations on site.
- Actively participate in recruitment process.
- Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, prepare orientation plan in coordination with functional departments.
- Coordinate with Admin & IT department for accommodation, Office, Workstation, System and email arrangements.
- Timely complete new joiner’s documentation then forward documents to Head Office HR Team.
- Liaison with Head Office HR Team and ensure timely payment of payroll and employee related benefits on site.
- Maintain employee attendance system on daily basis.
- Maintain master data sheet.
