- Act as a first contact person of company to interact with customers.
- Interact with customers’ for their queries / concerns.
- Ensures customers’ satisfaction with accurate info & procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Manage customer information material, i.e, maps, brochures etc
- Communicate with customers through postal/telephone & keep/maintain its record.
- Develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
