PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a bridge between customers and the marketing office.
Handle urgent complaints immediately. Send customers suggestions to the marketing department.
Inform customers about activities events, promotions, services, and brands.
Greet customers and maintain a friendly attitude.
Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill.
Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
Taking feedback from customers or complaints.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Hosing event of marketing dept.
Customer registration for different events & activities.
Daily email regarding customer feedback.
Any Other task assigned by the management to promote these brands.
