  • Preferably MBA/BBA or similar with minimum 1 year of experience as an office secretary / administrative assistant.
  • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Perform secretarial work and provide senior management with day-to-day administrative support.
  • File keeping of important files for senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements of senior management and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
  • Copying, scanning, and e-mailing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Handle telephonic calls lands at Head Office.
  • Greet all visitors and ask their purpose of visit and request them to fill visitor’s log sheet.
  • Maintain proper visitor’s log, time in/out, purpose of visit etc.
  • Follow head office visitor policy guidelines.
  • Maintain all courier in and out records.
  • Coordinate with (TCS) courier service provider for light/heavy courier arrangements.
  • Receive all kind of courier, stamp receiving date and hand them to the respective departments.
  • Keep contact details of all stations and H.O staff.
  • Handle and route information/complaint calls to the relevant department heads.
