Job Duties & Responsibility

A USA Based client dealing in the Auto sector looking for Customer service support with the following traits

  • Customer Service Executive builds connections on behalf of the company.
  • Answering calls, Emails & Texts from customers and clients.
  • Ensuring timely response to the concerns of all the parties involved by providing relevant information.
  • Maintain verbal and written correspondence with stakeholders & Customers.
  • Follow up on the outstanding payments of clients and make sure of a timely recovery.
  • Resolving disputes or issues in the process of settlement of invoices.
  • Effectively conveying the acquired training and knowledge to colleagues.
  • Communication with the Title companies for the record update and follow-up for the pending application and titles.
  • Booking an appointment with the clients/Customers and generating a lead to the sales or Dispatch team.
