We have an opening for a Sr. Customer Service / Lead with our customer service division.
- This is a non-voice process.
- Training new customer service team members
- Using tools to standardize responses.
- Monitoring average response time and accuracy of responses.
- Leading performance reviews for team members
- Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
- Creating reports for the Senior of customer services
- Suggesting and recommending new procedures to improve 3 A’s (Appointments, Accuracy and Average response time)
- Resolving customer issues
- Motivating customer service team to meet goals9-hour shift (Mon-Sat)
Night shift (9:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST)
Necessary Skill Set
- Able to read, understand, and write grammatically correct English.
- Analytical thinking
- Team player
- Full-time, remote-based opportunity.
- Candidate should have proper infrastructure at home – quiet & separate place to work, high speed laptop, a smart phone, broadband internet connectivity.
