Collection Specialist

• Remind, urge and notify long-term overdue customers to settle their accounts.
• It is responsible for repairing the information of the lost account and updating the effective contact information in time.
• Find out the risk of the case and report the suspected fraud and other abnormal behaviors in time.
• Regularly summarize the collection work, maintain the quality of loans, reduce the generation of bad debts, and promote the maximum recovery of non-performing assets
• Coordinate the work with local colleagues in the responsible areas.

Job requirements:

• High school education or above, must have strong communication skills, strong persuasion and adaptability;
• Have professional dedication, honesty and good team spirit;
• Basic operation of office software, Excel, word;
• Able to travel for short periods of time.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• English can be used as a working language.
