Call Center Agent / Negotiation Officer

Pro Global Technologies is looking for candidates for the night shift with outstanding communication skills and who should possess strong negotiation abilities.

• The candidate should be enthusiastic and must have proven work experience in customer service and have the ability to work in a performance-oriented environment.
• Call center / BPO experience will be preferred along with Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office, etc.)
