Spearhead solutions is employing Call Center Agents to Generate Leads on Daily Basis. You will be approached to go about as a contact between our clients and the team through different correspondence channels.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping a positive, compassionate, and proficient attitude towards clients consistently.
- Answer speedily to client requests
- Generating Leads
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Tracking client communications, exchanges, remarks, and complaints
- Guarantee client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above
- Spoken English and Good Written Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Prior Call Centre Experience Will be given Prior
Available Shifts:
Night
(8 pm – 4 am)
