A well growing fast paced organization is looking for “Assistant Manager” who must oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and also supervise company’s hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff along with administrative tasks.

Job Purpose:

  • Provide assistance and necessary support for smooth HR & Administrative tasks.
  • An experienced, self-motivated and result oriented candidates for HR & Admin department for Islamabad Head office.
  • Ideal candidates must have at least 1 year of professional experience.
  • Competent candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Assist in recruiting, training and orientation process to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to positive attitude towards Company goals
  • Arrange meetings and coordinates with office staff, monitor support staff and schedule their activities
  • Assist in making salaries and daily wages.
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assist Higher Management.
  • Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, and monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Records’ maintenance
  • Taking bookings, following up the bookings, dealing with clients and receiving / making calls.
  • Flexible and willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
