- Responsible for Administration of Office (Cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Documents & record management
- Record Daily Staff attendance.
- Supplier tracking and check Sales Return (cross verification from customers)
- Record Minutes of meetings, Prepare Agenda and arrange appointments.
- Employees SIM activation, block and issue details.
- Resolve customer complaints and respond to queries, record issue of medical rep.
- Attempt to resolve all the problems by proposing solutions to inquiries.
- Initiates required action for reporting to relevant departments.
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents etc.
- Understand and appropriately use the company policies.
- To monitor and keep record of Gate Passes.
- To supervise the house keeping staff.
- To resolve all type of legal matters
- To investigate and take legal action, if there will be any malpractice in office
- To resolve all types of conflict resolutions
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
- Email communication.
- Keep check on Security Guard and regular CCTV monitoring.
There will be three Admin Assistant:

3. Hostel, Front Desk, House Keeping, Petcare, Office boy & Cook
- Backup officer in-charge of Fleet In-charge.
- Maintain Drivers, Vehicle Work order, Maintenance Quotation.
- To pull down returns on Zero percent, if any return happens, admin assistant should coordinate the sales team and customers
