This motivated professional will work closely with senior team members in executing a variety of corporate finance transactions and supporting business development initiatives. We are seeking a professional, and articulate manager. The manager will play an integral role in the delivery of professional services to clients. The position will involve client interaction and project delivery on a daily basis ultimately reporting to the local Senior and Manager. The professional will be expected to be involved in company’s research, information memoranda production, industry analysis, valuation analysis, report generation, buyer or acquisition target research, industry and competitive analysis, budgeting & forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  •   Key role in the execution of UK payroll taxation.
  •   Overall Supervision of Accounts Department of WePay Technologies.
  •   In Collaboration Implementation of Software.
  •   Inclusion of Required Management Reporting in Software.
  •   Examination & Reclassification of the Previous Record of Accounts Department and its Inclusion/Import in Software.
  •   Maintenance of Accounts & Finance Related Record & Book Keeping of the Organization.
  •   Project Forecasting / Budgeting & Variance Analysis.
  •   Preparation of books of accounts.
  •   Preparation & Management of Daily Cash in Hand. (Cash Management)
  •   Monitoring of Day to Day Expenses.
  •   Monitoring of Cost Cutting Policies of the Management.
  •   Preparation & Reporting of Monthly Expenses Reports / Summaries.
  •   Preparation of Monthly Payroll of the Company and its Disbursement.
  •   Devising & Implementation of such procedures / Internal Controls that are necessary for smooth Coordination & Collaboration with other departments/Staff.
  •   Preparation of Various Management Reporting as per the Management’s Requirement.
  •   Development of client materials including, confidential memoranda and presentations.
  •   Financial analysis and daily performance
  •  Conducting industry research and profiling buyer and target corporates
  •   Support due diligence execution
  •   Participate in calling efforts on projects and manage associated client reporting
  •   Support Associates in strengthening client/partner relationships and ongoing delivery of project tasks

Qualifications

  •   Should ideally be ACCA Qualified or CA-Part Qualified (At minimum CAF qualified)
  •   3 – 5 years of post-qualification / post-articles experience.
  •   Strong project management and client interaction skills
  •   Experience in transaction-orientated task execution
  •   Superior analytical skills including an aptitude for financial modelling and excellent attention to detail/accuracy
  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  •   Ability to work proactively in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
  •   Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  •   Exceptional work ethic and integrity
