You can purchase the sugar-free Yogurt, but then you will be taking in a number of unwanted artificial sweeteners, even bad than fruit flavored yogurt.
Instead, go for plain yogurt. You can add a handful of fresh berries and create your own flavor.

Protein Bars: Glorified Chocolates
The last of the foods that you need to avoid in your diet plan are protein bars. These may seem like a great diet food option since they do contain protein and you are probably looking for more proteins your day.
But make sure that every time you buy a protein bar; check the sugar content. Most protein bars can be of 15 grams of sugar or more per bar. Some of them even measure as high as 30 or even 40 grams of sugar depending on the calories.
